Bedroom very small. Pillows were very hard. No lift to bedrooms

We went to the hotel expecting to be served breakfast, as we arrived at roughly half 10,and breakfast was served between the hours of 8 and 12. Upon our arrival, we were refused service, and the woman who eventually came to the desk gave us no explanation, and proceeded to blatantly lie, saying they were not serving breakfast at this time. However, we could plainly see multiple other groups enjoying their breakfasts. Upon requesting to use the bathroom, we were told to walk down to the prominade and use a toilet there. We were given no explanation whatsoever, but we must assume it had something to do with the race of one of my friends, who initially greeted her as she eventually came to the desk. This is not tolerable.

Everything! It was clean, cosy and very relaxed with the most amazing staff.
