Staff especially entertainment staff were bubbly, fantastic with kids and very patient, waiting staff, reception were excellent also and drinks staff were fabulous and very efficient. Excellent experience, we will def be back

Room cleaning staff didnt change the beds one of the days and we really needed after the beach. Despite being asked twice

Nice hotel with clean rooms. The pools are good for kids & shop upstairs is a plus. Bar staff are terribly rude & have no respect for customers.

"Great but rock hard beds ruined the holiday"

Staff great,food Luke warm at best,looks excellent,TV all Spanish, entertainment great but beds rock hard you can feel the springs through them couldn't sleep for the week never mentioned to staff because they wouldn't have been able to fix but won't be returning because of this fact.

Das Essen war für ein Hotel sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Es gab überraschenderweise auch viele Spanische Gerichte. Das Zimmerschlüsselsystem (Chip im Armband) fand ich sehr gut, da gibt es keine lästige Suche mehr nach der Zimmerkarte. Die Sauberkeit überall ist auch sehr gut gewesen.

Die Betten sind sehr hart. Der Parkplatz ist nicht unbedingt ein Schnäppchen und keinerlei 220 Volt Steckdose in der ganzen Garage (laden von E-Bikes nicht möglich)

Прекрасный вариант для семьи с детьми! Дружелюбный, чудесные бассейны и очень вкусные завтраки и ужины! И есть специальный шведский стол для детей! И еще можно постирать свои вещи в случае необходимости!

"Great hotel and staff"

H10 Village Mediterranean apartment hotel in Cap Salou. Our toddler loved the pools, splash pad and water slides! The soft play, kids activities and entertainment was fabulous. The staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful, kind and accomodating. The facilities were clean, well kept and functional. Our apartment was centrally located, had everything we needed when making meals and was cleaned daily. The hotel being a 10min walk from a gorgeous beach was very handy with a very impatient toddler. I would happily stay here again and recommend it for those that want be quieter, cleaner and suburban area of Salou but still close enough for accessing public transport, train tours, useful shops and restaurants. I can go on and on but I think going for yourself is my recommendation. We will definitely book a package again via TUI.
