So, we booked a weekend stay from Friday to Sunday because we were impressed by the advertising for this hotel. 1.We had paid in advance for a baby bed, but what we got was half broken and dirty. Instead of a proper mattress, there was just a blanket 🙈 2.Their “SPA & Wellness” area consists of only two jacuzzis and one very small pool (max. 12 m²), much smaller than it looks in the pictures, for the entire hotel (at least hundreds of guests?!). Just imagine five people squeezed into one jacuzzi at the same time🤮 The showers also seem to be from the 1980s. We couldn’t imagine spending our Saturday there, so we drove 20 minutes to a real thermal wellness resort and bought day tickets. That actually saved our day—we only regret not booking our hotel there instead. 3.Forget the breakfast! It was poor and of the cheapest quality. That coffee machine and the so-called juice machine in the buffet should be banned! On our departure day, we skipped breakfast ! After reading the reviews about the restaurant, and based on our breakfast experience, we didn’t even consider going there for lunch, dinner, or even dessert/coffee. 3.The rooms were clean but old. Of course, the empty minibar was switched off when we arrived 😬 4.Very cheap mentality: if they only change bathrobes for an extra charge, then at least explain how or where to dry them! They are only changed for free after 7 days. As for normal towels—any stain comes with a warning about extra charges 😂 In 2026, and towels are still their top priority! 5.Be prepared to be good at Tetris when parking there. At checkout: no smile, no questions about our stay… they probably already know the answers! We definitely do not recommend this hotel!!!!
