Lokalizacja, klimat oraz obsługa. Trafiliśmy na bardzo miłą Panią podczas check in, która później zrobiła przepyszne drinki. Pokoje duże, piękny widok i łóżka bardzo wygodne!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything was incredibly comfortable, the beds were high quality, and the pillows and bedding made also top notch quality. The views are fantastic, and the sauna was an absolute dream after a long day. Breakfast was abundant with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient, just a 5 minute walk from Grand Hotel Station. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights, in the junior suite, at Hotel Le Grand Chalet and had a wonderful experience. The sauna and jacuzzi were highlights — both offering incredible views over the village of Leysin and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, where we both had the souris d’agneau — perfectly cooked and served with a delicious couscous. Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring local dried meats, homemade jams, eggs, bacon, and even rösti (hashbrowns)! The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, especially those at the front desk, who made us feel completely at home. We even went snowshoeing right from the hotel, which was a fantastic bonus. The only small downside was that the ski lifts in Leysin were closed one day due to strong winds. Fortunately, we had a car and could easily drive to another ski station — though for travelers without a car, local transport options seemed limited. Overall, it was a perfect winter getaway, and we’d definitely love to return!
