Purple Nest Hostel

Coffee machine with capsules (1€ you must pay though). The colors I loved them but as any purple, is wicked. (Keep reading, it gets worse). Curly hair guy, the italian guy, the taller one, the english speaking girl and the italian- peruvian girl were all nice people and really smiley and good vibe. I appreciated them a lot.

If you are a smoker, there is no place for you to smoke in any garden, just outside of the hostel where weir people pass by. The food, poor quantity and not a lot of variety. No sociable and comfy area for people to hang out if they want. The 3rd day when I changed the bed, there were sheets with literal poop stain on them, which one of the nice guys changes straight away for me and I really did appreciate that. Even though, double checking everything is a must for me. Extremely stressful, disappointing experience, with serious issues regarding guest management and perceived safety. During my stay I encountered several problems within the hostel. In particular, on the last night, the lack of hot water for several hours made it impossible to have a basic level of comfort after a full day out, which is especially serious in a paid accommodation where guests expect minimum standards for rest and basic hygiene. Around 5 a.m., after finally having access to hot water, I encountered an unusual situation with several police officers present in the property, who were apparently there to investigate an incident related to the accommodation of a woman with a very young child who had been crying throughout the night and disturbing other guests. The situation was already confusing and unsettling. While going up to my room, I simply asked what was happening in order to understand the situation, also because I was carrying my luggage and did not want to disturb my roommates by using the bathrooms. The presence of police looking at me because of my luggage also made me feel uncomfortable and slightly stressed. At that moment, I was trying to understand what was happening and whether there was any issue, when the receptionist Irina intervened. Instead of providing any explanation or calming the situation, she reacted in an aggressive and highly unprofessional manner, saying: “Mind your business. Do you understand that this is not the time?

Amazing cozy hostel with awesome crew that helps you with everything, right in the center! Cool activities, a working room & really tasty breakfast.. highly recommended! 🙂🌞✨ A funky guitar is also there, can’t wait for a full music corner next time I’m coming back.. 🎼🥳 Eric

Les douches, 15min de bus de la station des bus, de 1 a a 20min de marche de tous les intérêts. Tu peux louer un vélo pour 8euros pour la journée. Bonne cuisine. Les activités proposées. Le walking tour de l'auberge.

Dans un dortoir y avait un rideau d'intimité mais dans l'autre non. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvraient pas. Il y a une mini tablette pour nos choses à côté du kit, mais elle est beaucoup trop petites.

Una empleada que ante mi problema con error de fecha no intento ayudarme a anular ni cambiar la fecha...
