Very quiet are and able to swim on the sea. Owners and staff were lovely and friendly. Free parking right outside. Amazing breakfast with sea view.

Construction work next door meant our rooftop terrace view was spoiled by scaffolding

The property is beautifully located, with direct access to the sea (water shoes are available on site). Breakfast was delicious and varied every day, and there was also the option to take it earlier if needed. The 2+2 apartment had a beautiful, large terrace for our private use. The whole stay exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very relaxing with luxury location on the water. We Felt completely at home immediately upon arrival with incredibly friendly attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious with an “encanto” view.

A slight bit of a walk from Ortigia but actually made for a good post dinner walk and was worth it for the proximity to the water.

The location is fantastic, with direct access to the sea. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a balcony with a breathtaking view. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace. The breakfast was very good, with different dishes every day. The owners Claudia and Sabrina are very friendly and helpful. It is a 20-minute walk to the old town (Ortigia).

The view was 2nd to none with direct access to the sea through steps at the back. The ladies that run it are welcoming, friendly and great cooks. Fab breakfast display with some local food as well as the usual items.

Expensive for the quality of rooms, bathrooms and facilities. Construction next door obscured views from roof top. Breakfast was fine.

- sehr nette & hilfsbereite Eigentümerin - schöne Lage direkt am Meer, mit direkten Zugang - sehr gutes Frühstück, welches jeden Tag variiert - leckeres Essen, wenn mittags oder abends gekocht wird - schöne moderne Zimmer - viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - Strandschirm, Badeschuhe etc. Können kostenlos geliehen werden - fußläufig 15-20min in die Altstadt oder mit dem Bus in der Nähe

- Strandtücher könnten proaktiv häufiger gewechselt werden

Wunderbares kleines Hotel mit direktem Meerzugang und sehr sympathischen Gastgeberinnen. Besonders eindrucksvoll die Dachterrasse und der Frühstücksbalkon hoch über dem Meer, wo man das Frühstück genießen kann, das nicht nur für italienische, sondern auch für österreichische bzw internationale Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich individuell und vielfältig ist.
