Check in ging sehr schnell

Die Art der Betten da ich extra Doppelbett gebucht habe um mehr Platz im Bett für mich zu haben,allerdings war es dann nur ein Einzelbett.

"Ich konnte meine Nacht in einem Bett verbringen."

Extreme Heizungsgeräusche während der gesamten Nacht (obwohl HK abgestellt war). Duschvorhang - keine Türe. Kein Fön. Zimmer im 3. Stockwerk - kein Lift. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal bis unmöglich.

Nichts

Heizung ging nicht weil sie sehr laut war, im Klo ging die Lüftung nicht nach Meldung beim Personal kamm nur jaja wurde aber nichts unternommen. Frühstück für ein Kind mit 4 jahre 9,90€pro Tag ist heftig. Bis in die Nacht/morgens bis um 4 Party und Lärm. Bett quatschen sehr unangenehm und bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Kein Ansprechpartner (nur über die Frühstückzeit) und die verstehen kein / bis nur wenig deutsch.
