位置在重庆南坪区，隣近地鉄站，傍边是万达广场，方便购物飲食

주변에 상업시설이 많아서 편함 - 특히 완다광장 영어 잘안통함.. 그나마 통하는 직원이 손에 꼽을 정도 침대 편함..전반적으로 객실 조명이 어두움.. 시티뷰라보 해봐야 별로 볼것 없음..

역에서 가깝고 바로앞이 쇼핑몰이어서 위치가 매우 좋았어요. 조식은 실망스러웠지만 룸상태 좋고 직원들도 친절했습니다.

タイトル通りだが，英語がよく通じない．First name とLast nameがめちゃくちゃ，部屋割りがめちゃくちゃ（複数人で宿泊した），最悪は，チェックアウトでカード決済済のはずが部屋代を請求された．しかも，ほかの人も同じ．不注意でサインをしたら２重払いになる．おまけに法外なデポジットも，普通はカードのサインした用紙を破り捨てるが，かたことの英語で，OKだけ．いまだに不安．最も重要なお金に不安を感じることは重大な問題である．

空港からモノレールで乗り換えもなく交通渋滞であっても便利な立地条件です。また、最寄り駅から数分でホテルに行ける点について評価します。

I booked a weekend (3 nights) at the Le Meridien Chongqing Na'an purely based on the fact that I have only had excellent experiences at the Le Meridien Taipei. I arrived late on Thursday night as I caught a flight after work in Hong Kong, and got in at midnight. After making a quick stop for food, I went to check in at around 1:45am. I was told that although I reserved a non-smoking room, they only had smoking rooms, and the one I was assigned has already been "cleaned" of the smoke. I pushed back a little, but to no avail, so I stopped resisting and wanted to go to sleep. When I got to the room, the smell of smoke was extremely strong, to the point of making me wanting to vomit. I quickly went back to the check-in desk and told them that the room was unacceptable. A more senior person came out, but she was equally unhelpful in presenting me with any alternative options. Completely exhausted, at 2:30am, I gave up and went back to the horrible room and tried my best to both email and tweet Le Meridien hotel group. I got one email response stating that the hotel is a smoking hotel, which was both unhelpful and unacceptable. I got a separate tweet reply saying they were working on the case. The next morning, I went straight to the front desk and was given a different non-smoking room. The new room was a huge improvement, but the toilet was obviously a smoking area. I will NEVER stay at another Le Meridien brand hotel again. Now, not even Le Meridien Taipei.

I have 2 complaints about the hotel. The pool was empty the whole time I was tr here and I didn't see anyone working on it. the 2nd complaint was about the room a/c. Some days it worked well, most of the time it was half assed. The first time I complained about it, they sent a repair man up right away to repair it and did. The next time they sent a maid up to open the window. Not a good fix. traffic noise, humidity and crappy air quality made it worse. The rooms are clean, a good size, comfortable bed, maid service excellent. dispite the a/c issue, well worth the stay.

Amazing stay. Love the decor. Great staff.
