"Hyvä hotelli lappilaistunnelmalla"

Kaunis ja siisti Lappi-henkinen hotelli. Kivasti sisustettu, mukava tunnelma. Kaikkialla ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiainen laadukkailla ja monipuolisilla kotimaisilla tuotteilla. Useampi ravintola, joissa ruokailla päivällä/illalla. Ruuissa Lappi vahvasti läsnä. Huone vähän kulunut, mutta siisti ja puhdas. Hyvä päivittäinen siivous. Rinteet, ladut ja talvipolut lähtivät aivan hotellin vierestä. Hotellin edestä myös suora bussiyhteys Ski Bussiin, lentokentälle, Snow Villageen ja Leville.

Kylpyläosasto ajoittain kaaottinen ja liian täynnä. Lähinnä lastentarha. Harmitti todella!! Sijainti vähän syrjäinen koska ei ollut autoa mukana. Mutta onneksi Ski Bussilla pääsi näppärästi Äkäslompolon puolelle (melko hintava tosin matkan pituuteen nähden).

Siisti perushyvä hotelli, sauna ja uima-allas kiva lisä. Mukava henkilökunta, tosi hyvä aamupala, hyvä sijainti. Viihdyin!

Kylpylän aukioloajat voisivat olla laajemmat ja äänieristys huoneessa parempi, huoneen sisustus kaipaa hieman päivitystä

Very clean rooms and nice personnel

The hotel was too big for my liking. Breakfast was too crowded, lines were forming which made it impossible to access some of the foods. Finding a table was also a struggle.
