Lapland Hotels Saaga

We got studio apartement due to dogs. It has nice little kitchen, sauna and spacious livingroom. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Dogs got some treats and a water cup. Overall the room would have been very nice had it not been the warmest weeks in history.

We happened to be in Ylläs on a longest hot temperature streak of history. And I falsely assumed hotel and maybe also the studious would have an AC. We did get a fan from the hotel reception but still it was +31c inside when we arrived and it did not cool much with a table fan, unfortunately. Finnish summers are typically more on the chilly side and I do realize AC has not been on the priority list.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen. Sijainti loistava. Auton ja koirien kanssa todella hyvä valinta.

Siisti ja rauhallinen paikka. Monipuolinen aamupala.

Huoneessa huonosti pistorasioita. Olisi kaivattu yövalon/-pöydän yhteyteen laturille pistorasiaa. Kuntosali meni aikaisin kiinni, mielellään olisi illalla käyty. Kylpylässä sama. "Maksettiin" näistäkin, muttei ollut mahdollista hyödyntää.

Tolles Hotel im hohen Norden. Beeindruckende Lage, die im Winter bestimmt noch viel schöner ist. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war in einem Raum, der mit traditionellen Elementen, wie Treibholz, Steinen und Rentiergeweihen und mit modernen Lampen und schlichten Möbeln gekonnt kombiniert wurde. Das reichhaltigen Buffet war sehr gut. Ein sehr schöner Ort um in finnisch Lappland Urlaub zu machen.
