Torre Don Virgilio Country Hotel

Bardzo duży pokój, prawie jak mieszkanie :) Miła obsługa, szczególnie kelner w restauracji. Przyjemne śniadanie.

Niezbyt czysta woda w basenie. Między zameldowaniem a 19 nie było nawet możliwości napicia się kieliszka wina, mimo że obiekt informuje o dostępności restauracji w hotelu. Największym minusem była niedający spokojnie spać czujnik dymu w pokoju, który całą noc migał intensywnym zielonym światłem.

Very nicely reconstructed old country estate with a nice pool. Very good selection of food for breakfast. We also had a very tasty a la carte dinner. The staff was very polite and attentive. Beautiful Noto is a 30-minute drive away.

The room.(Suite Junior) was quite big and had all the necessary amenities, but lacked the charm that the rest of the property has. One of the main advantages of the selected suite is the terrace with a view of the garden and the pool, but unfortunately the sunbeds were soiled with bird droppings, so we did not use them. Fortunately the sunbeds by the pool were in a better condition, so it didn't spoil our vacation.

The food at the hotel was really very good indeed. It was nice to have a little outside space at the room to sit and read with chairs and a table and a couple of loungers. The bird life was wonderful!

The rooms were lovely and cool but felt a bit dark with very high ceilings and stone walls. There was a smoke alarm that very actively winked. For some this is not an issue, but for me it was a bit annoying.

Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het geweldige personeel en bediening. Het is echt een luxe accommodatie. Omdat we 4 nachten bleven werden we geüpgraded naar een hele suite ipv de standaard kamer. Het zeer lekkere eten dat heel verfijnd word geserveerd en zeker betaalbaar. €€. De geschiedenis van de Masseria loopt terug tot de 15de eeuw. Het is een prachtig domein met enorme tuin en zwembad. Ergens vind je steeds een knus plekje om te genieten.

Dat we weg moesten 😉
