It was clean, we could walk to the downtown for the event. Easy parking, the walk up to our room was a little inconvenient since there was only one stairway and it was not near our room.

The first room we had was very clean but near the bar and noisy at 2:00 am when the bar closed. Then the ground maintenance workers started the day at 7:30 am right below our room. When we got in late one night, we asked for towels they said they’d bring them right up and they never did. The second room we got had dirty sheets. Daily cleaning did not sweep the floor. And just a heads up, if you’re gonna stay here bring your own towels. The towels are very tiny. We mistook them for hand towels. You only get 2 SMALL bath towels and 2 wash rags for 2 people. The price is right, just be ready for the lack of quality.

The guy was nice enough. The room had no soap, the bed springs actually left a pattern on my arm and the blanket was thin and rough. Felt like I was sleeping under my grandmas 70s polyester curtains.

The staff was amazing and prompt when getting extras(towels,pillow,etc). They had a power outage(not their fault) It was cold and the heater did not seemed to be pushing out enough heat, but it was manageble

DO NOT STAY HERE! There was no heat and no blankets. They refused to give us another room. The second night they gave us a space heater. We were told that they knew about the heat not working but, they gave us the room anyway. The room also had ants all over. The morning we were leaving the electric went out in our room. When we asked for compensation we were refused. The owner was extremely rude.

"No heat, no blankets, no power, and BUGS!!!!"

Beware! Paid $199 for 2 nights. The rooms looked good online, so we booked. On arrival the rooms did look as pictured, but our stay was terrible! When we realized the heat wasn't working inside our room, we went to the office. He informed us that none of the rooms in that part of the hotel have heat. He suggested that we reset the unit, but be careful to do it correctly or you could get zapped. Reset did not work. He said they had space heaters for the rooms with this problem, but all of them were in use at the time. We asked to switch rooms to one that had heat and he said that was not possible. My whole family, including my 2 young children froze on the first night. They put us in a room with no heat and no blankets. Just beds with a single sheet and very thin bed cover. We left the next day only to return and discover that we had been locked out of our room. Went to the office to get that fixed. When we got back into the room we found that they had finally given us a space heater so that my children didn't freeze. Thought night 2 would be better, but it only got worse. While sitting in the chair I noticed that little bugs were crawling all over the dresser. Then after looking around we saw that they were also inside the bathroom sink, the microwave, the shower walls, and the bedroom walls around our headboards. By the time we woke up we realized the power was now out, which means the space heater also does not work. A hotel room with no power! We couldn't even see enough to pack our things! Had to use our phone lights for everything. I went to the office and Rosie the office clerk tried to help us, but couldn't get the power back on. I told her that this was unacceptable and we need to fix this. She contacted the owner and he would only refund $25, was very rude, and hung up on her. This was unlike any hotel experience I've ever had! I've stayed in great hotels as well as cheap ones. This was definitely a bottom of the barrel experience. If you plan to stay, pack accordingly. Bring your own blankets, flashlights, and bug spray. You will need it. Do not bother to speak to the owner about anything because all he is interested in is your money. Unbelievable that rooms with no heat and a bug infestation are even being rented out! I have never left a negative review before, but there is a first time for everything. The only plus side to this place is there is a very nice little restaurant called Mike's grill on the same property, but owned by different people. The food was GREAT and the staff was AMAZING!
