Mawson Lakes Hotel & Function Centre

Room has plenty of appliances and supplies. Room could be cleaned a little better. I.e. dusty ceiling fans,Food crumbs under furniture

The staff on arrival a departure was so pleasant and friendly. Having stayed here many times over the last 15 years, this trip we really noticed how sad some things had gotten. The mattress needs replacement not flipping. The cleanliness wasn't up to the usual standards, every dish or utensil had to be washed by us before use. Rather disappointed.

Arrived late. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and had all the facilities. Walking distance to shopping.

Everything but the beds was good, food at the hotel restaurant was good value for money. But the bed in the hotel room are very firm and not comfortable at all.

Excellent location, great staff. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Really convenient. Very clean. Good meals. My only annoyance was nescafe in the room.. better coffee would be great
