In the event of a late arrival (outside reception opening hours), please inform the residence reception in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. You may also indicate this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your phone call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is also included, except for the kitchen area and dishes, which must be cleaned by guests before departure. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as optional services after booking through the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are welcome (maximum 1 pet per accommodation unit) for an additional fee (€12 per day or €65 per week). This option can be added after booking through the Vacancéole Customer Area. For group bookings (5 accommodation units or more), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information. A valid photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in. A pre-authorisation of €300 will be requested upon arrival as a security deposit. This amount will be released after departure, provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition and the inventory check is satisfactory. Please note that a swimming pool will be available from summer 2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
