Otelin konumu ve temizliği çok güzel. Fakat giriş yaptığınızda ne eşyanızı taşımanıza yardımcı bir görevli ne de arabanızı park edebilecek bir vale var. Aynı zamanda çalışanlar ilgisiz. Umarım biraz daha dikkatli olurlar

"Klima ve Yastık sorunu"

Odamızda klima yetersizdi, bu yüzden içerisi aşırı havasız ve boğucuydu. Yataklar normal fakat yastıklar aşırı rahatsızdı. Ek olarak yataklarda yorgan vardı havaların ısındığı için için daha ince bir şey iyi olabilirdi.

"Best accommodation"

Great hotel in downtown Gaziantep! Perfect location near the city center. Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent room service. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend for a stay! Hotel is close to Imam Cagdas and Gaziantep Castle Also Mrs. Canan was very helpful.

"Fiyat performans oteli"

Gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz bir otel. Biz 1010 nolu odada kaldık. Banyosunda havalandırmadan gelen sigara kokusu vardı(Sigara içilmeyen oda tuttuk). Duşakabin giderinde su geç tahliye oluyordu. Yatak başlarındaki ışıklar çalışmıyordu. Genel olarak temiz bir otel, personel ilgiliydi. Fiyat performans oteli denebilir.
