El Pueblo Inn

The hot water pump broke in our room and the very friendly cleaning staff very quickly moved us to a new room so we could shower.

I paid for a balcony room and was placed on the ground floor with a patio and no privacy whatsoever. I made my displeasure obvious but finally accepted the key from the reception, I politely told the young clerk "thank you" and she answered "no problem". instead of "I'm sorry we don't have a balcony room" or at least "you're welcome".

The location was excellent, and the beds were comfortable

For $200, I don't expect a tiny room with cinder block and painted wood panel walls. Additionally, the breakfast was abysmal. One still frozen quiche, some sliced bread, and a couple handfuls of fruit for everyone to share. I'd definitely not stay here again.

The front desk and service staff are friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything I needed, even a lighted makeup mirror! One could request refills of supplies by filling out a form and leaving it on the door. My request for down alternative bedding was accommodated.

Most affordable hotel in Sonoma yet super nice, pretty landscaping, loved the fountain in the center of the property. Nice pool and hot tub. Room was simple but modern and clean and comfortable.
