"It was fine."

The room was fine a the shower is old and needs better mould cleaning.

The shared dining and Kitchen was no clean, there were no frying pans or baking dishes we had to get the dishes from our room. The stove took ages to warm up. Parking can be a night mare.

Advertised with parking - there was non Told to park out front - asked about parking meters advised that we can park there for free - PARKING FINE $70. Rooms small and STUFFY. No ventilation, no opening windows, no air conditioner. Tried to cancel the second night stay the hotel would not agree. Booked on BOOKING.COM COULD NOT CONTACT THEM!!! Priced as a regular hotel - worse then a Backpackers.

Warm greetings as we arrived. The two bedroom apartment was ideal, the kitchen area useful and the proximity to shops and restraunts great as we did not have a car. We have stayed with Ibis several times on our way to Rakiura and returning to Wellington. The room cleaner was friendly and wheeled one of our bags to the lift when she saw we had our hands full.

The rooms are small but contained everything needed for our stay.

Really nice room and very clean. I think the website needs to take down that they have parking because you don't. When asked, he said they don't use the parking garage anymore and you park out front. However, you have to pay up to $40 a day for that. We were there for 6 days so do the math.
