La ubicación del hotel, al tener alberca y playa a la vez

El personal administrativo, que al decirles que habia mucho ruido de herramientas de trabajo, se limitaron a decir que no podían hacer nada, ya que eran personal contratado por terceros. Haciendo caso omiso de mi queja.

Donde está ubicado.

Mucho ruido, estaban dando mantenimiento al edificio en la noche. Fui a la administración y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Limpiaron la habitación muy tarde.

El desayuno, y las que atienden de malos modos, la alberca no cuenta con caldera y como nos tocó mal clima los niños no pudieron disfrutar de la alberca

Me gustó mucho el acceso a la playa y las habitaciones están muy limpias, huelen a limpio aunque en nuestro tercer día el aseo ya lo hicieron después de las 6 de la tarde 🤷🏻‍♀️

La piscina está súper mega fría el agua, y la gente que atiende el comedor es carona y grosera de ahí todos los servicios están bien, y el desayuno todos los días es salsa verde, rica pero arta
