The location

The Assistant Manager Named Cato was very rude and condescending. I have reported him previously and other patrons have expressed that Cato is rude and lack customer skills. Someone needs to look into his behaviors and how he treat the people that pay money to keep it running..

Had a very bad situation on the 1st night dealing with the room I reserved I did not get because of the door keypad not working.I got moved around to a Queen room but someone was already in it.Then I was moved to another Queen bed on the 5th floor after having to lug my luggage up and down the stairs 3 times because the elevator was out of service for some reason or another..The next day I had to wait till early evening after housekeeping finally cleaned a room which I thought was gonna be what I originally paid but it was a Queen room and it had No TV on the Wall At All.I was extremely upset that I had to endure a stay that night in that room but I had no choice but to because they had no other room that was Smoking.So after that the next day I was moved to like I said I thought it was gonna be a King Bed Smoking But it Wasn't It was a 2 Bed Queen Smoking.I wasn't satisfied at but I eventually had to take it.On top of All that.The Last 2 Days a Very Obnoxious Neighbor that was Playing extremely Loud music after hours after 10 PM when I was trying to relax For at Least another 2 Hours each Day it was like thst.I could not relax at sll.And to Add the Wi-Fi Is Extremely Weak.The Service was Terrible. I will Not Stay there Again. Not Me or My Family.

"Rudeness is not Kindness...."

I have stayed at the facility different days upon traveling... This time the representative was rude and didn't want to assist me on on trying to accommodate. I understand that you have to wait till 3pm to check in. My question was if there was a possibility that I could check in earlier and he was beyond. Rude! If you can't deal with multiple situations and have a better demeanor... Choose a different profession. Customer Service is Key.
