The seasonal pool will be open from April to November. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.Reservations are required for golf tee times and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 24. A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 31. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. In accordance with national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours from 01 May to 14 June. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. Connaissant cet hotel pour y avoir sejourné plusieurs fois,j'avais entendu dire qu'il avait été rénové ,effectivement il y a eu quelques travaux (très minimes),mais le pire c'est la restauration ,les restaurants à la carte n'existent plus où alors c'est des sandwichs ,les buffets c'est très limite quand à l'avant dernier soir j'ai du debarrasser moi même une table (ayant demandé avant à un serveur qui m'a envoyé bouler )pour pouvoir manger avec mon epouse et il n'y avait plus rien aux buffet(pas renouvelé ) c'est un desastre je ne pense pas retourner un jour dans cet hotel

Vert nice hotel. The reception staff checked us in at about 10 am which was very nice of them. The breakfastvwas excellentvwith great selection of nice food. Rooms are sea view and very comfortable

"Sehr feines Hotel"

Insgesamt fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl, der Service war gut , alle waren nett und gaben sich große Mühe mit uns. Das Essen war klasse, auch für Nicht-Fleischesser. Lediglich das Weihnachtsessen war für unseren Geschmack daneben. Die Musik viel zu laut zum Essen, sodass wir aufs Silvesteressen verzichtet haben. Da das Hotel dafür völlig zu Recht eine Extragebühr verlangte, von Hotelscom aber angeblich alles mitbezahlt war, schicke ich Ihnen die jeweiligen Rechnungen noch nach.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit .l’hôtel est top! Un bon accueil ! La chambre est très grande avec un lit xl et un coin salon ! Une véranda vu sur la plage j’ai adoré, je reviendrai sûrement pendant l’été ! Une variété de nourriture au petit déjeuner ! Seul bémol leur café n’est pas bon et pas de qualité c’est dommage pour un grand hôtel !!!

Super bonne accueil bon emplacement la chambre avec super vue sur la mer personnel très agréable tous Djerbien sont très accueillants je recommande vivement I LOVE DJERBA
