Lagrange Apart’Hotel Strasbourg Wilson

Reception issued an invoice in the name of Booking.com mentioning my nave in "Remark". and refused to change it. The finantial services of my employer refuse to reimburse the cost of stay if the invoice is not in my name. If this is a common jpractice it means that I will never more use Booking.com to book accomodation for business trips.

The location of the hotel was great, the room was big, it was clean and matched the photos and the bed was comfortable. Of there is no pakrking space in the hotel, you get a discount in the city garage that is just next to the hotel and you pay 15,5 EUR for 24 hours

The breakfast was not that good- no eggs of any kind, the pastry is not of good quality. I would suggest to spend a few euros more to have breakfast out, but if you are in a hurry in the morning, it's ok

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Ein Mitarbeiter sprach sogar sehr gutes Deutsch. Lage war sehr gut, man war in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt, hat aber von dem Trubel da nichts mitbekommen. Auf meine Wünsche bezüglich der Zimmerwahl wurde ebenfalls eingegangen.

Nett wäre vielleicht ein Spülmaschinentab gewesen oder etwas Spüli und ein Schwamm. Beim Frühstück hätte die Dame gerne etwas freundlicher sein können und die Auswahl etwas größer.
