Le personnel était très sympa

Il faisait 40°- 45° à l'intérieur de la chambre en journée, et 35° la nuit. C'était irrespirable. Pire expérience de ma vie dans un hôtel. Il y avait un petit ventilateur qui ne marchait pas.

"A bit basic - more targeted towards longer stays than just a couple of business days."

Clean and spacious, relatively quiet, plenty of storage spaces, shop, eateries and tube station close by, decent breakfast (for the price), good wi-fi signal.

No air con, decor a bit tired, basic facilities (no tea towel provided, only one bath towel - could have done with a small hand towel) no recycling bag although the room's T&C encourage you to recycle. Kitchenette very basic with very limited cutlery and crockery and pots and pans. I was not planning on cooking a 3 course diner but I was expecting a couple of mugs, washing up liquid (even if a small sample to start with and people can purchase their own for longer stays), no hairdryer (or could not find it). I understand people staying longer may have brought some of their own supplies/facilities but I did not think it was catered well enough for short stay patrons.

It had everything we needed and we felt safe there. (My husband struggles to walk after strokes and a car accident). Paulette, Kevin and team are so welcoming, helpful and charming. We hope to go back to see them soon.
