Espace petit déjeuner très agréable et lumineux. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon, chacun devrait y trouver son compte ! Localisation de l'hôtel permettant de belles balades à pied ; cependant nécessité d'avoir un véhicule pour se rendre dans le centre-ville de Vannes.

Il n'y a pas de porte pour séparer la salle de bain de l'espace kitchenette/chambre ce qui ne permet pas une intimité. L'éclairage de la salle de bain est insuffisant. Le volume de la chambre ne permet pas d'avoir une petite table pour se restaurer (dommage dans un appart hotel !) et il y a seulement 2 chaises pour une chambre de 3 lits
