The absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel! I booked (and paid) for 2 rooms through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel I was charged $140 x 2 for my rooms. When I questioned the two charges the lady at the front desk told me that the charges were for coincidentals and that the charge would be reversed once I checked out. Three days later when one charge was no longer "pending" but had cleared my bank, I called to speak to a manager about the situation. She told me that Booking.com only paid for one room and that charge would be reversed but that I was still being charged $140 for the other. I explained to her that I had a receipt from Booking.com showing that I had already paid for BOTH rooms and she didn't care. She said there was nothing they could do. She was EXTREMELY rude and even the audacity to hang up on me! I have since spent a total of about 4 hours dealing with someone at Baymont Wyndham customer service and Booking.com going back and forth and still haven't been given a refund. This doesn't even include the fact that this place was very dirty and smelled absolutely terrible.

The hotel is a bit dated. It is, however, clean and well cared for. It's conveniently located right off the highway. The rate is reasonable. It is nothing fancy. If you are on the road and want a clean, quiet place for a good night's sleep and a good breakfast, this place fills the bill. The staff is friendly and attentive.
USNOT in Fort Morgan, actually 6 miles west and remote from any local services.
