We found bugs in the room and bathroom!!

USWent to put items in car in morning and went back to my room and couldn't get in. Front desk said was only applicable the night before. I usually take at least 2 trips to my vehicle in morning. Was not happy with key card arrangement

The other say EVERYTHING YOU GRAB FROM HERE YOU HAVE TO EAT ON THIS ROOM so rude Los letreros que hay en el cuarto de desayunar muy mal decir solo toma uno e lm otro lo que tomes de aquí debes consumirlo en este cuarto que rudo acaso tienen algo bueno de desayuno ? Jamón huevos carne etc ???
