Very clean. Huge room. Great price!

The room was beat up, laminate peeling off furniture weird hard pieces of something in the bed, small pillows, breakfast was gross burnt bacon, no eggs or biscuits and the lady serving it was incredibly rude.

It was quiet, comfortable & neatly cleaned. Definitely will be back soon.

Walls need to be insulated sounded like the people upstairs were going to fall through the floor. Guests in next room we could clearly hear their conversations.

I checked in around d 830 pm and requested a room on the top floor due to people making noise on the floor above me during a previous visit at the same hotel. The desk clerk said nothing is available on the top floor, but the parking lot is virtually empty. It's hard to believe. I was put on the first floor. The room next to me has loud and seemingly obnoxious people.. The carpet in the hallways is almost black from filth. The room has a sticky floor and the TV wouldn't turn on. I'll never stay here again.

Bed too high to get into. Toilet was too low!!!

Employee at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast lady very friendly and helpful too. Loved the omelets ans sausage links.

While the staff was great, the hotel itself was in poor condition, the carpet was filthy. My 9 month old was crawling on the floor in our room and his pant knees looked like they’d been grease stained. There was mold on the bathroom and on the shower curtain. The dining area was ok, but understaffed.

To say we were disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had while visiting any hotel in any country. Firstly, the room we were originally given had clearly not been cleaned as you can see in the pictures. *Hair and nail clippings on the bathroom floor, *toothpaste splashes on the bottom of the mirror, *stain on the carpet, *vulgar racial remark on the top of the mirror. After seeing all this (within 30 minutes of checking in) we approached reception to explain we would just like a refund and to stay somewhere else. The receptionist was unable to authorize this and explained she was new to the job and didn't really know what to do. We asked to speak to management but there was no one on site or available. The receptionist then phoned a management team member who explained we couldn't have a refund as this was booked through hotelsinamerica.com. We then called hotelsinamerica customer service, who were no help to us at all. After 2 calls and over an hour of discussion, we were told we could cancel but would have a cancellation fee of over $200 when we paid $225 in total. We were also passed the book to reclaim documentation from the hotel for our cancelation as no one wanted to accept responsibility and refund or exchange our booking, clearly just wanting to keep the money and have no respect for the service or experience they provided us. Onto the second room, we were offered due to you and the hotel refusing to give us back our money. *hair in the bed *stained uncleaned toilet The hair in the bed was witnessed by the receptionist who then felt embarrassed and offered us a new (third) room. The third room..... Upon arrival it looked better and just worn, so we left our case and carried on about our day. Upon getting back to the hotel and climbing into bed we saw the stains on all the bed sheets as you see in the images attached. I then went to reception who were very little help when I explained the situation and the receptionist (Brian I think it was) wouldn't do anything until I got pictures of the bedding. Brian said "This is ok" as wasn't really bothered but then asked me to bring the bedding from our third floor room down to the reception desk when he finally agreed to swap out the bedding.

Very convenient location.
