"With Some Maintenance Fixes, Could Score HIgher "

Located between gas station and car wash and close to restaurants and other businesses on main street. Room comfortable and roomy, well furnished, great bed and bedding. Had microwave, mini-fridge and windows crack open for fresh air. Lukewarm shower and water from coffeepot. When I informed the front desk, I did get an apology and a "I've told the maintenance man before," which leads me to think (along with the black sharpie line on the faucet) that they know about and don't really care to fix it right. I did not appreciate taking a warm shower one day and having to skip it the next and take one when I got home. Nor did I appreciate lukewarm water from the coffee pot that didn't help with my mocha mixing. The microwave is placed in a way too high position, even for tall people and the bathroom was poorly lit.

Checked in around 10pm after a looooong day of traveling with a 4 year old and 2 (TWO) birthday parties only to have to go back downstairs to ask for the bedding for the pull-out couch because it was not in the room and the TV would not get a signal. (Meh, Stuff happens) But the staff was super nice and the property was very clean and the breakfast area was just as clean! Will definitely stay again.

The suite was mostly clean, but I still saw little details of areas it was not clean. Food residue near kitchenette sink. Crumbs underneath the refrigerator. A little staining on the furniture. Aside from these little details, it was still a pleasant stay.

Internet was down or spotty more than it worked. TV’s worked sometimes in one of the rooms and not at all in the other. Lack of available maintenance person to fix anything.
