"Dont use if ADA mobility access is needed they one have 1 room with shower but dont tell you that"

Clean plenty of parking good breakfast options

We booked 2 ADA disability access rooms. We got 2 hearing impaired rooms with a 2 foot bathtub and 1 bar in the tub. Too high to hike over to shower. My 84 year old veteran dad had a broken back and my husband had 4 back surgeries and the toilets were low, no bar and even the hearing impaired caption on tv in our room didnt work. When I asked front desk I needed mobility impaired I was advised this hotel had 1 walk in ADA shower and it was booked too. Basically, it was all our fault but I showed the amenities on booking.com said ADA accessible. I was mislead on the booking. Too top it off the pool was not working the whol Labor day weekend and the laundry facilities they advised were not working either. The way my concerns that my dad couldnt use the bathroom or shower and just the way it was handled I would not go there again. I can pay alot less at other hotels that have a pool laundry and handicap rooms. Not impressed. I complained to booking.com I was mislead on the booking. Did not ever hear back from them either.

"Excellent"

Check in was a breeze, property is quiet and clean, rooms are spacious. My one problem with this hotel is that the pool isn’t open. That was not indicated when booking and was literally the one reason I picked this hotel over others in the area. I'm traveling with young kids who would have loved to swim after a long day in the hot sun. Be aware of this when booking!

"Friendly staff and very comfortable stay."

We were welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed an earlier check-in and the use of the pool. The room was nice and comfortable and breakfast was better than expected.

Central A/C (that was quieter in the room) would have been nice.

The staff was great. Never got to check in. No power. Room was on 3rd floor and my Mom is handicapped and not able to climb stairs. In addition, she’s a diabetic and had to have power to refrigerate her insulin.

Everything was wonderful. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff and the food service team. Perfect ! Really nice set up for breakfast and staff watched the line so you never ran out of deliciousness !
