Nice stay, pool nice 4 kids💙 room clean and nice

Location was good. Coffee at breakfast was good

The room air conditioner could not be adjusted & room was too hot for sleeping. No maintenance people available to address it. Breakfast was so so.

Breakfast was very skimpy. Several things had ran out at 9. A very small area for breakfast. People were waiting a while to get food/waffles. Only orange Juice offered. The acid in OK really bothers some people's stomach. Apple Juice is a good second option. I really liked the 2 options for regular or strawberry waffles.

2 Juice options. Bigger area. Keep it filled up at least until 15 minutes before stops. Pool was really cloudy. Not sure if it was dirty or if it was the chemicals. No pool towels. Bath tub really disgusting. Manager said it was going to be redone and they are all the same way.

The staff was friendly, the pool, room, and common areas were clean, there was a Zaxby's and a CVS next door, and the complimentary hot breakfast had great variety.

The indoor pool are was very loud but the hotel can't control that. There were a lot of kids using it when my family went in. Totally not the fault of the hotel.

The pool area was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly, I felt bad for the manager, her staff kept calling out or quitting. The location to restaurants was nice. No sidewalks to cross major streets when walking. Nice area- felt safe. Coffee and tea was available 24/7.

I’d rate this stay about a 6.5 overall. There were a few positives, but also several areas that need attention. The lobby furniture is quite outdated and noticeably worn and dirty—it really could use replacing. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but there were some maintenance issues. The shower base was cracking, the carpet was worn and lifting in areas, and the room had a musty smell with a faint odor of marijuana. Maids did bring towels in but didn’t make our beds or take out trash. Maybe you specifically need to ask for this. Closet had lots of room. The definitely need a dresser with drawers, they was no where to store your non hanging items. That said, we did feel safe during our stay, and it was quiet, which made it easier to relax. The blackout shades were a nice touch and worked well. Breakfast was okay—pretty standard with a couple of hot items and a continental selection. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t any green tea available. A couple other small things: the pillows are unusually small (you’ll need two to equal a standard pillow), and the queen beds didn’t seem like true queen size—they felt a bit smaller. Overall, it was an average stay with some comfort, but definitely room for improvement.
