Comfort Suites Whitsett - Greensboro East

Very disappointed. I only reserved because the reviews were rated very good. The only things pleasant was the king bed was comfortable and the room size was good. Heat and air were fine. Room number was 135.

I was placed in an accessible room that I did not need or request. There was an accessible bath chair against the wall in front of the shower that they used to store the CLEAN TOWELS. There was no real clean towel storage like you typically see in a bathroom, whether hanging or stored under sink shelves. The chair legs also were rusty to the point that the floor was permanently stained. The entire curtain rod was rusty and there was another folding accessible seat IN THE SHOWER that was stained and look like it had not been cleaned. It was so disgusting I hated taking a shower. The wifi did not work with my last name and room number. I just used my mobile data. Even worse, I have never been in a hotel where you would hear the people above me walking in their room. It was so loud it woke me up. One would think hotels are built heavier than a second floor apartment between floors. It was awful. The only saving grace was that it was only in the early morning and late in the evening when they were there which happened 3 times during my 2 nights stay. If it had been for the fact that I was only there 2 nights, I would have left. I would not recommend.

The property was clean.

Room size and location

Staff not friendly. Room keys didn't most of the time. They were not near our cell phones which could deactivate. Bath tub peeling and discolored. Breakfast until 10am on weekends, but by 9am no waffle mix and limited choices on remaining items.

Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Sofa bed needed replaced springs were very uncomfortable.

Location great, staff friendly, rooms comfortable. Breakfast not the best.

Everything was great, breakfast a little disappointing.
