"I will never stay at a Days Inn again"

They gave us 1 set of towels for a 2 night stay then when I asked for more towels they said the didn’t have any clean towels then proceeded to give me 1 big towel!! Horrible customer service!!!

"Carelessness put my health at risk, very disappointing."

The location was easy to access and not far from many local spots.

Pool was closed for my stay. No one told us the pool was closed upon check in. We walked past the front desk in swim suits with our towels and got told nothing. There were no signs on the pool. After I had gotten in the pool a hotel employee came out and told me the pool had too many chemicals in it for me to swim. There should have been a sign letting us know the pool was closed. The fact the pool was closed was already incredibly disappointing but the fact that my health was put at risk was beyond disappointing. No hot water for our showers. Had to request a trash can as there was none in the room. Breakfast was dry muffins and cereal, that’s it.
