I have stayed at this hotel before and overall it is one of the top ten in Guernsey. The staff are friendly the accommodation is excellent the food is good overall but there is room for improvement. Cleanliness is excellent. Easy access to all parts of the island. Very quiet and peaceful area an holiday I would highly recommend.

If you are given a room anywhere near the bar area change it immediately or you will never get any sleep! It is noisy, very very noisy sometimes till 2am in our experience, more like being in Ibiza than Guernsey
4-day stay and staff very willing, efficient and cheerful. Great breakfast! Good size pool kept immaculate. Close to airport but quiet location, and handy for St Peter Port. Would certainly return.

Just a great hotel, so lucky to have found this hotel. Food is great, location and grounds are great. The staff are young, very helpful and professional. The staff could not do enough, and what they did was always profesionsl, but so friendly. I will be back again and again.
Very clean comfortable and homely feeling hotel with brilliant polite staff throughout, where nothing is to much trouble to make your stay enjoyable, very good food and nice bar where a relaxing evening meal and a few drinks is a must.
What a lovely hotel which I found on Hotels.com website! Everything was very good, happy, helpful, friendly staff, I even met the owner in the morning after a fantastic breakfast! I had a business meeting in the bar area after breakfast. I didn't eat at the hotel in the evening simply because I was taken out to dinner!
Lovely hotel right in the heart of the old walled town . Easy access to restaurants and shops . really enjoyed our stay here . Happy cheerful and helpful staff . Nice optional breakfast available . Lift . Tv . Heating . Tea/Coffee facilities .
Breakfast was lovely. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar/restaurant cozy and relaxed. We didnt have dinner there but was told by other guests it was good. Has a lovely old world homely cham.
