personeel bij de receptie echt top! personeel bij het diner ook erg vriendelijk! personeel bij het ontbijt vond ik minder vriendelijk Locatie was fantastisch we komen zeker een keer terug naar het kasteel! We hebben daar genoten! Het diner was geweldig en sfeervol!

Gebruik gemaakt van het thermen in het andere hotel was niet wat ik er van verwacht had. Klein en geen horeca aanwezig tot 17.00 kun je bij de receptie iets nuttigen daarna niet meer. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Ontvangst bij thermen/behandelingen hebben we moeten wachten niemand aanwezig daar moet je voor bellen. Niet gastvrij vinden we.
