Royal West End Hotel

The room was exceptional clean. As a cleaner myself was very impressed. Even around our toilet was clean. While yes there was a touch discolouration in the shower groat it was spotless otherwise. The massive windows are lovely. The bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location for my friends wedding was great.

The room is rather dated but still nice. I did however, walk into the door when leaving as it doesn't open wide enough. The cost for a night was a bit expensive but given how the room was (very clean) staff being friendly i would say the people you have hired are a credit to you. It's rather dark also trying to get to the property but that's not your fault. Just happy to have my husband with me.

Convenient location and friendly staff

I liked it was WAY cheaper than many hotels, yet the room was unexpectedly charming with tartan curtains, modern shower with good hot water etc. I also liked it was close to metro, lots of cute cafes, and walking paths next to river. I actually liked the neighborhood better than downtown

I think the breakfast could use a bit of spiffing up. While it had all the elements of a full breakfast, the only bread item was sliced white bread. That says it all.

La zona de West End nos gustó bastante, ya que muy cerca teníamos la hermosa Universidad de Glasgow y el Jardín Botánico. Además, el pequeño hotel está rodeado de restautantes, bares, tiendas, y comercios, una zona muy auténtica. El hotel es muy lindo y el personal amable.
