My second stay here and just as delightful as the first. Very warm, cozy unit, I slept very well and woke up refreshed. The owners are charming, and the cats are a lovely bonus! I love staying there with my dog!

For what I paid for, everything was great. The location is great, so close to everything you dont need to drive. The owners are friendly and welcoming. My favourite is the laundry, we were there for a rugby league tournament and the washing was only $2 a load and to use the dryer was also $2 a load.

We had a pleasant stay at this motel in the heart of Rotorua. It’s very convenient to popular attractions and within walking distance of the shopping mall. The facilities are simple but met our needs. The unit was clean, spacious enough for five, and the beds were comfortable. Good value overall.👍👌
