The property utensils, cups, mugs were dirty. The wifi password didn’t work and since we tried after 5 pm, no one could help either since reception was closed. Main issue was the room upstairs, the fan was too slow and no aircon, all 3 of us had the worst sleep, it should be the remote fan like the room downstairs. This issue made the trip disastrous for my family.

Caves Beach Villas were exceptional. They were close to the pool, beach and bistro. We went for a wedding and we will definitely be returning.

The view was great, the room was nice.

Due to a lot of people staying at the hotel through luxury escapes. They had priority, they were guaranteed a late check out so no one else was able to have a late check out. Due to the lux escape people having a late check out the room was not ready til shortly after 3 pm and the cleaning was very rushed as there were still dirt marks on the floors and walls and the dishes were not cleaned.
