"Exceptional"

Loved it all. The room, the facilities, how close to the beach we were. The restaurant and bar were so close and the food was great. The live singers over the long weekend were amazing.

The shower head. Waterfalls might be nice in nature, but not when you want to get sand out of your hair. The bath was amazing.

Ground floor and bedrooms were too hot, air conditioning was only in one room. Wouldn’t book it again because of this.

"Villa behind the villa"

Location

Facilities could have been better considering cost of accommodation. Expectations were high due to photos on booking site. Place looked a little tired. Lighting was terrible at night. Should have sensor lights

Location was great

On booking.com it said housekeeping was daily but there wasn’t any housekeeping available and paying $600NZ a night for a villa I would have expected clean towels daily
