We took one of the larger suites on a high floor, which was quite clean and comfortable, although not yet renovated. Our son and family took one of the renovated rooms, which was very modern and pleasant, but did not have a bathtub. One of our TV’s did not work for some reason, but was quickly replaced. All of the staff was exceptionally professional and hospitable, especially at reception and in the breakfast room.

A few Uber drivers found it hard to find for some reason.

Absolutely everything. Staff was amazing especially Anca and Alex. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel. The amenities were exceptional and the rooms were up to date and very clean and comfortable. I had to change plans and they were extremely helpful and accommodating.
