Paradise

Clean tidy well appointed. Lots of regulars. If you don't mind the hotel transport, which is very good, Transit type mini bus to & from town then OK, but you do need transport as the location is high up with great views. En suite are a little on the dark side, a ceiling light would help and the shower has curtain, curtains never work. Family run hotel who are very proud of their hotel and rightly so.

It was our first visit to the Paradise Hotel and our stay was made extra special by the fantastic service we received from the Economou family. We had read some reviews about the location at the top of the hill but this was not a problem as we simply arranged our days around the free bus service. No hesitation in recommending and we look forward to going back again next summer.

We loved this hotel - the owners can't do enough for you and are wonderfully cheerful and welcoming. We've been to Skiathos 7 times and this is the best place we've stayed at. The hotel is way way up on the hill above Achladies, meaning very little passing traffic, with great views of the sunset (in one direction) and moonrise (in the other, at full moon). Lovely little restaurant, good (if basic) selection for breakfast, and cheap food with a surprisingly good (Greek) wine selection in the evenings. The owners run a shuttle service into town, but there's a 30 minute donkey-track walk which takes you to bus-stop 5. But Sssshhhhh! don't tell anyone about this little gem!

Just returned from the Hotel Paradise having had a great holiday i really could not fault it friendly atmosphere, clean rooms and the service was great i will be visiting this hotel again.

We spent a quiet and relaxing week at the Paradise. The hotel is friendly and did not dissapoint. Service is excellent and the two brothers Costa and Dimitri went out of their way to assist in every way. Food is good. Rooms are pleasant and whole of hotel kept spotlessly clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
