"Nice with no thrills"

The hotel has a certain dated feel to it but was comfortable and the main thing is it was clean. Staff overall very friendly and helpful where they could be.

Saturday night stay after football at Goodison. Well located between city and football grounds. Comfortable and friendly hotel. Can park here and walk to game.

Great place to stay. Affordable as well. There's a pub connected and run by the same people right next door. Staff was friendly and willing to help you out with any questions you had about the area. They've got hospitality down to a T!
