Guests using satellite navigation are advised to enter "Marstallstraße", which connects to Barfüßerstr- and then take a right into the Weitergasse.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Erfurt sehr schön ,Personal im Hotel sehr höflich"

Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man gut erreichen.Hatten einen Stadtplan vom Hotel bekommen ,was alles leichter machte.

Vorab eine Info ,das Frühstück in der Gaststätte nebenan eingenommen wird und das Problem war die Treppe.Für gehbehinderte eine schwierige Sache.Wir empfanden das dieGaststätte etwas überfordert war.

"Wonderful room, but opportunities with the staff and parking"

Loved the room! Breakfast in a fair price.

Parking. Nobody ask if you need the parking or advice you that is needed to book the slot in advance. When I arrived in the hotel, no more slots available and no parking near by. The hotel staff not English speakers

"Lage und Personal top, bei der Ausstattung noch viel Luft nach oben"

Personal nett, Frühstück super, Zimmer sauber.

Zimmer hellhörig, Fenster ließ sich nicht kippen (Zimmer 103). Ein Zettel teilte mit, dass Teile bestellt, aber schwer lieferbar sind. Zimmer heizt sich bei geschlossenem Fenster schnell auf, kein Ventilator, keine Klima, keine Mini-Bar. Kissen zu wenig gefüllt, Dusche undicht. Die Ausstattung des Klassik Zimmers war wirklich enttäuschend und hat noch viel potenzial nach oben.

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel"

Zentral in der Innenstadt von Erfurt gelegen. Freundliches Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Sogar Zimmer mit Balkon.

"Tolles Hotel mit Charme"

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Einkaufstöne und trotzdem ist es, bei geschlossenen Fenstern, sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und ging auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Ein umfangreiches Frühstück erleichterte den Start in den Tag. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle.
