Very poor customer service. Reception explicitly told us it was safe to leave our car overnight in the paid parking area, yet the next morning it had been towed due to roadworks that the hotel already knew about. This cost us €151 in fines, towing, and taxi fees. The hotel refused to take responsibility and did not even respond to our formal complaint. Completely unacceptable.
