The hotel is located directly on the seaside, in front of the promenade.

We booked and paid for a room with sea view via Booking.com (with an additional charge of 10 EUR). However, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that such rooms were not available and that we had to choose a different option. We were offered either a very small room that was not acceptable for staying overnight or another room without sea view. Additionally, the Booking.com listing clearly states that parking is available. We asked the receptionist about parking and were willing to pay for it, but we were told that no parking was available. Throughout the entire interaction, it was clear that the receptionist was not providing accurate information, which created a very unpleasant experience. The toilet wasn't clean because they obviously didn't prepare the room for the guests. Overall, this was highly disappointing, and we would not choose this hotel again. We would also like to ask: we paid an additional 10 EUR for a sea view room which was not provided — will this amount be refunded?
