Good location and convenience for the trip to big sur the next day. Great and attentive staff. No problems with booking, checking in or checking out.

Booked a cheap room and got a cheap experience. The staff was great and very helpful. The room though was basic and unkept. A hole in the wall was just plastered over and not repainted. There was a strange smell in the room which was very off-putting for me, smelled like bleach and urine. The bed was on a metal bedframe which felt weird. We used the room for what we wanted, a quick night sleep. But I would have shelled out a few more bucks for a more comfortable sport. You get what you pay for.

shower had good water pressure room had hair dryer microwave and fridge room had enough plugs to plug electronics in. lighting in room was ample good location due to shopping center Costco and restraunts

dirty floors walls towels were grey ivory color due to age and have holes in them table is old bed uncomfortable metal frame on bed is noisy when bumped only get 1 room key and charge you 5 dollars for second key have to keep bathroom window open due to no exhaust fan shower curtain clings to your body when in shower heater blows cold air hair found in bed did not belong to either me or my wife d parking is extremely tight and small area shady people around area and homeless didn't realize it was near a busy freeway didn't like road noise even when someone was racing down street

It was close to stores. Staff very welcoming

Dated but good enought for a place to stay as we pass through.

Management were very clean, nice people. I'd recommend this place for a quick inexpensive stay. People tend to want Hilton results for a reasonable rate, the rooms are clean and that's good enough for me.

Location was very beneficial to my needs- close to where I needed to be.

Next door guest played music loud enough to keep me awake until I finally was able to fall asleep.

Easy freeway access. Close to shopping including Costco and Target. Close to housing for family visit.

The accommodations were close to family’s house but the bed was not comfortable too hard. Only 2 pillows were provided and they were just as hard as the bed. There were no amenities at this hotel. The windows were thin and the location was on a very busy street so it was very loud. I am not a hotel snob by any means but this is not a hotel I would visit again.

The hotel check in attendants were very pleasant.

The parking lot is difficult to maneuver and parking can be very limited.
