Front desk staff seemed nice, albeit a bit stressed. Bed was comfy. Provided a fan in the room which was needed. Good location. Had a little kitchenette with a coffee machine etc. has a front door code and can only use the lift with a keycard so felt safe.

Nothing they could do but it's on a street full of bars etc so quite noisy. They do provide earplugs though! We wanted the window open for some air but couldn't sleep. The main issue was the smell of drains. The bathroom stank, but we could smell the same smell throughout parts of the building so it seemed pointless asking for an alternative room. Only 1 plug socket by the beds so have to choose bedside light or charging your phone.

Apartamento amplio, con entrada como de hotel y recepción con personal muy amable. Hablan un poco de español. Buena ubicación en el casco histórico. Nos dejaron entrar un poco antes de la hora para poder dejar nuestro equipaje. Admite mascotas.
