Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

Eine traumhafte Anlage! Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort. Nächstes Mal wird das Golfbag eingepackt. Tolles und hochqualifiziertes Personal. Moderne und große Zimmer. Ein wundervoller Spa & Wellnessbereich der wirklich alles bietet. Das angrenzende Restaurant am Golfclub bietet sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Amazing hotel! Nice family hotel.

The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing.

First stay at Grand Tirolia / have stayed many times in Kitzbuehel in more simple and authentic accommodations. Enjoyed the spa and the facility. Friendly staff. Worth a visit.

The structure and facilities can be rated 5 star, but unfortunately that isn’t enough at this price point. The rooms are spacious and so is the spa, but there is literally no proactiveness in terms of service. Plus charging EUR 30 per night for parking in a ski area is rather petty when you already pay 1k per night for bed & breakfast…

An excellent stay at a luxury hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable and our room was a good size with a fantastic view. The new kids club and family spa was well received by our children. We look forward to returning to the hotel during the summer.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht für das Geld und man spricht nicht mit uns deutsch kein Wort versteht man sehr traurig! Ich dachte ich bin in Ausland und zwar in Griechenland wo ich einmal war und nie wieder. Was ist aus Österreich geworden, wo sind die Leute hin? Was ist mit den deutschsprachigen Personal passiert? Wie kann so etwas angehen, überall nur billige Arbeitskraft und egal auf Kundschaft, traurig aber war. Mein Urlaub habe ich mir anders vorgestellt, möchte mich noch wohl fühlen aner anscheinend ist das nicht mehr möglich in Österreich, leider. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Wir haben knapp 1.000 € pro Nacht in diesem Hotel bezahlt und waren entsprechend enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Beim Check-in bekamen wir zunächst ein größeres Zimmer, das jedoch in einem katastrophalen Zustand war: Überall war Staub, in der Badewanne lagen Haare, und an der Tür waren Blutflecken zu sehen. Nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, das in Ordnung war. Der Service im Hotel war jedoch eine absolute Enttäuschung. Beim Frühstück waren die Speisen teilweise nicht frisch, und in den gesamten sieben Tagen hat uns nur ein einziges Mal jemand gefragt, ob wir Kaffee möchten. Die Mitarbeiter waren hauptsächlich mit Unterhaltungen untereinander beschäftigt, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Wir haben bereits mehrere Hotels in Kitzbühel getestet, aber dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Es zeigt sich einmal mehr: Ein Hotel steht und fällt mit seinen Mitarbeitern. Besonders irritierend war, dass etwa 90 % des Personals nur Englisch sprechen. In Österreich erwarten wir, dass deutschsprachiges Personal vor Ort ist – schließlich befinden wir uns nicht in der Türkei. Alles in allem sind wir komplett unzufrieden und können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early.
