Excellent hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms big, clean and comfortable and the bathroom as well. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was delicious. Great location: just 5 minutes walking to the mall and many restaurants and shops in the area.

Nothing

While booked the hotel it was $88 plus $11 as taxes, but I had to pay $104.78 in the hotel. The hotels staffs were saying to contact with booking.com. This is very much disappointing.

Nice staff, nice room, nice food, everything was good. The only thing I found pity was that bath tub was cracked. Every time I took a bath, water leaked out and the bathroom became flooded. Wifi connection was no problem at all. I joined an international zoom meeting from my room but never lost the connection for the entire three hours.

Amenities and comfortable room

I actually booked deluxe room with double bed but at the time of checkin they gave me 2 single beds and when i insisted they told me that we will give as per availablity. If they don't have that particular room then they should not show the same on site. Then i have to pay extra amount and change it to supreme room but they didn't upgrade me to supreme room which i felt bad. Atleast for their goodwill they should have done that, otherwise the stay was good.

The mattress were sunk...also two single instead of one large mattress.....was very uncomfortable
