Lagrange Vacances Le Belvédère

We stayed in the summer as a family of 4 adults in the apartment that can sleep 6 people. The reception staff were very kind as they gave us directions and kept the reception open for us as we were late and couldn’t find the apartments. I’m not sure if the address is correct on google maps. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, saucepans etc. There is a dishwasher but you have to buy/bring dishwasher tablets. They provide you with sheets band a hand towel and a bath towel each (no bath mats which would be useful). In the kitchen you get a towel and a tea towel but no dish cloth. The apartment is sound proofed from your neighbours but it’s easy to hear noise from the other rooms in the apartment as there were gaps under the doors. There is only one toilet but 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a shower and bath. There are washing machines which are €5 each and you need your own soap powder. You have to make your own bed when you arrive. We only stayed for a few nights so we didn’t have to clean the apartment, just the kitchen. The pillows could be replaced more regularly. The double bed was quite small but comfortable. As the third bed is the sofa, there are no other comfy seats to sit on when the sofa bed is made up.

Great overall experience only thing which let it down was noisy upstairs guests. Staff great, good parking and beautiful view from balcony.

Appartement propre et spacieux. Tres agréable. Belle vue sur la montagne. Le site est superbe. Pleins d'activités à faire sur Luchon. Le prix de la telecabine est compris dans les forfaits. Pistes de ski ou autres stations accessibles en 20 minutes en voiture . Le centre spa 'est plutot sale et la piscine trop petite pour un si grand ensemble. Bref à eviter durant les pleines saisons !

En rasgos generales bien, pero para mí un fallo muy grande si vas de finde semana hay que salir el domingo de 8 a 10 de la mañana, yo por eso no volveré

Un week end en famille malgrès un temps pas à notre avantage le week end fut sympa. Un village paisible, la résidence est bien située les commerces,thermes et téléphérique à 5/10 min en voiture. Les équipements de la résidence sont biens un petit bémol pour la piscine un peu petit pour tout le monde, bruyant et pas très biens organisés. Sinon l'appartement était super avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le point a amélioré est le ménage un peu light. Personnel aimable et à disposition. Je vous le conseille 😊

beau centre de vacances neuf, appart. vaste, propre comme la piscine, les locaux etc... grande proximité du village. Personnel aimable, dommage qu'ils connaissent si peu leur région, seul bémol.

Residence tout confort, tout était parfait pour un jour de l'an inoubliable!

Très bonne résidence à proximité de toutes les commodités et points intéressants du coin. Seul bémol concernant la literie qui n'est pas bonne.

Résidence de vacances moderne et calme. Espace aquatique agréable.

The location was perfect for us to enjoy Luchon de Bagneres and the mountains for a bike race. We arrived after hours and the office was closed. You HAVE to contact them early to find out how to retrieve the keys if you will be late. The front desk didn't speak a lot of English which was challenging. They have elevators. Our apt was very nice with a porch with a gorgeous view. We had to make the beds with the clean sheets provided on the first night. You have to bring your own toilet paper and soap. They did provided kitchen and bath towels. The kitchen was well stocked. To check out, you have to make a time for an appointment for them to come to your room and review to see that you have cleaned everything. The check out is about 5 minutes and they will return your security deposit if you pass the inspection. I wish I would've known all of this when we booked, but I would definitely return to this same location. Nice pool.
