Concierge Roschi was wonderful and extremely helpful Breakfast was plentiful Room was clean and quiet

I ordered a drink in the Pavilion Friday evening but it did not come so had to re-order it 30 minutes later

Awesome property and location

Balcony was mess with birds shit which me and family were unable to step into it. Kindly cover the entire balcony are in order to avoid such incidents.

"A class act"

Flawless service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The front desk staff were superb - professionally conversational and keen to help with any questions we had. Excellent breakfast range and fresh - it was always a great start to the day. I’d definitely stay here again when I am next in Bangalore.

THE BREAKFAST ARRAY WAS FABULOUS.

THE STAFF WERE VERY BUSY AS THEY WERE HAVING TO COVER LOTS OF TABLES ACROSS THE DINNING AREA.
