Aanari Hotel and Spa

Le personnel est discret, aimable et efficace. Une note particulière à la jeune femme du bar qui est très sympathique. Ainsi que le personnel de chambre. L'hôtel est beau, la chambre spacieuse. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à la fois positif et négatif. Positif car c'est central, à quelques mètres de.la.plage et du centre commercial avec carrefour. Proche de tout commence, des restaurants et du parc et de la plage où viennent se retrouver les mauricien. Donc c'est assez authentique. Nous avons aimé le spectacle de Sega. La piscine et la salle de sport ( même s'il faudrait changer le matériel vieillissant).

Le négatif pour l'emplacement, nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre car celles qui se situe du côté du parking sont invivable. Les camions réfrigérés de carrefour stationnement dès 6h30 du matin jusqu'à la fin de l'après midi. Il y a aussi des travaux autour de l'hôtel, ou bien un bar qui fait du bruit et la route qui est bruyante. Les chambres qui donnent sur la cour intérieure sont très bien et plus cames. Enfin, la vétusté de l'hôtel. C'est un bel hôtel, mais malheureusement très mal entretenu. Il y faudrait une vrai rénovation. C'est vraiment dommage et c'est ce qui fait que j'y reviendrai pas.

2nd stay at this hotel. Convenient and practical for a one night stay. Easy parking and access. Beautiful setting for breakfast in lovely gardens with the see opposite just over the road. Bar and reception area nice. Swimming pool on the roof is lovely. Breakfast was really excellent with a huge choice and well presented.

Staff were lethargic and slow, but still nice. It felt like we were their very first guests- confused over nothing. Booked on Booking.com but they went through all of the questions again even though they had all info. Door keys worked intermittently and beds rock solid. Booked a twin room which they hadn’t prepared. Building site view from the back rooms. Nothing awful- just could be improved. Rooms are tired- bathroom particularly. Bathtub was stained with the enamel coming off. Water ran dangerously hot to freezing.

L'atmosfera, gentilezza e disponibilità di tutti i ragazzi dello staff . L'ultimo giorno avendo il volo nel pomeriggio ci hanno lasciato la camera a disposizione oltre l'orario.

Anche se non abbiamo avuto problemi gli ombrelloni potrebbero essere di più.

Its a mess there with rubbish thrown all over the place

Staff was welcoming especially when I checked in at 6am. Room and bathroom are spacious.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The whole room is very outdated and the bathroom heavily stained. There was barely anything left at breakfast. The fruits served were tinned.
